You have to present the invoice certifying the sale or the purchase and sale contract.
Based on the above the insurance company deletes the contract and issues the claim history certification.
How can I change my insurance company?
In the case of compulsory insurance the termination date shall be 31st December each year, the termination request shall be forwarded to the insurance company one month prior to the above deadline, i.e. by 31st November.
How can I prove the insurance contract?
The control organs as a certification accept the postal payment slip certifying the payment and the certification issued by the insurance company.
What deeds do I need for reporting the case of damage?
It is necessary to present:
- the claim reporting sheet containing the detailed description of the case of damage and/or police protocol
- fully comprehensive insurance contract and the receipt certifying the last payment
- keys of the stolen vehicle, including the keys of the alarm and other security equipment.
How can I transfer the already acquired bonus level to another vehicle?
Based on the invoice certifying the sale or based on the purchase and sale contract the insurance company deletes the contract, and in accordance with the claim history certificate issued by the insurer the acquired bonus points are transferred to the new vehicle.
What is the maximum allowed time between the end of the previous contract and the start date of the new contract, so that the bonus level can be transferred?

What is the aerial scope of the fully comprehensive insurance?
In general the entire territory of Europe and Turkey.
How can I terminate the contract?
The fully comprehensive insurance contract can be terminated on the anniversary of the contract. The anniversary date is not fixed, like in the case of the compulsory insurance, usually one year within entering into the contract.
The termination request shall be forwarded to the insurance company one month prior to the anniversary of the contract.
The insurance company deducts the own risk defined in percentage or in HUF?
Always the largest among the two.
Why does the insurance company deduct the insurance fee when making the payment of the constructive total loss/ theft loss?
The fully comprehensive insurance is an annual contract; therefore the insurance company is entitled to the fee.
What does the fully comprehensive insurance cover?
Breakage, theft, damage caused by nature, partial theft and individual glass damage.
What does the insurance company pay in the case of damage, is there any new value insurance?
In the case of breakage the reconstruction costs of the vehicle (costs certified by the invoice of the garage) are paid by the insurance company.
The duration varies by insurance companies, until the repair costs value increase is not deducted.
Upon the settlement of total vehicle theft and total constructive loss the indemnification amount is defined based on the value of the vehicle at the time of the damage.
